    "content": "I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 54 be amended in the proposed new subparagraph (c) by inserting the words “through justifiable use of force” immediately after the word “property”. This is done basically to ensure that the police do not use this provision to apply force arbitrarily or create a situation where excessive use of firearms may lead to extra- judicial killings. Therefore, that is my amendment."
