    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I propose the Question that the notice be amended by inserting the words “subject to recommital”. So, I am saying that Section 13 of the main clause be retained because if it is not retained, then we will have no mechanism of replacing a Deputy Inspector-General in case a vacancy arises. It will mess up the entire law and so we want to make sure that the entire section is retained."
