    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, I saw it coming. I know hon. (Dr.) Pukose is new. If you look at that Report, if you have it, you will find that I was not even present in the meeting that passed those payments. I cannot attend meetings that are going to ratify useless things. I make good use of my time. I cannot devote my morning on useless things. I said as much. I did not attend that meeting and I will never attend a meeting that is going to rubber stamp or ask this Parliament--- As a matter of fact, there was no need of attending that meeting. The moment I knew the agenda, I could not even attend it. Why should I waste my time? So, it is not accurate that I endorsed that Report, unless hon. (Dr.) Pukose has his own report. I was absent."
