    "content": "It is high time the Uwezo Fund was disbursed to the constituencies so that the people who were intended to benefit from that money benefit. I would like to remind Members that, that was the money that was meant for the run-off. That is the Kshs6 billion that was meant for the run-off of the last general election. We are almost heading half way to the next election, the run off did not happen and we expect the Uwezo Fund to go down to the constituencies so that it can be used."
