    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, essentially, the Minister had proposed a membership which was fewer than the maximum provided for by the Constitution. In view of the number of elections we are going to be holding in one-and-a-half years time, and the fact that the new Constitution will in full fledge be coming into force, and the very different new structures that we will have, we believe that the Commission will do with all hands on deck. We believe that this is also as much acceptable as possible in the country at this point in time due to the political temperatures."
