    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, while I agree with hon. Abdikadir, when you look at other jurisdictions like Ghana and Brazil, you find that there has been continuity in terms of elections. We will have a constitutional crisis after this by virtue of appointments of the Commissioners in the future. So, my proposal is that we should look at it in terms of staggering this thing so that we will not be in that problem in the future."
