The KPR play a very key role, if we remember areas that are prone to cattle rustling like Endebess, Kwanza and even the Suguta Valley. You remember we lost many of them in the Suguta Valley as a result. If they are coordinated and equipped properly, then we know that in those areas where we do not have enough police officers, these men and women can provide security to Kenyans."
