    "content": "I support the amendment. The KPR are the most efficient officers we have in Kenya now. These are the officers who have actually obeyed the principal of devolution. For you to confirm that police services have been devolved, you can only confirm by use of KPR who are right in the heart of the village, 24 hours. They do not need orders, they are always there and anytime problems happen in the community, they will always act and it is not just giving them weapons, they should be given automatic weapons."
