    "content": "The Chair notes the fact that if the matter is a constitutional matter, then why does it have to find its way into a statute exactly in the same frame as it is? Maybe the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs needs to amend that by deleting that section. When the Constitution says that it is only one term and no re-appointment, then you cannot say that the members of the Commission shall be appointed for a single term of six years and shall not be eligible for re-appointment."
