    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I want to support the amendment by the Committee and as proposed by Mr. Abdikadir with a small cure. We have a cure on the date of August by saying, as we pass this Bill that administratively the appointment of these commissioners should be effective by October. These commissioners can be appointed in October because we are in June. We are just a few months to the threshold of August. So, these commissioners can come after the deadline of August so that they are able to conduct the election of 2017."
