    "content": "Through this Bill, we have been able to correct some of the aberrations; some of the mistakes that were made in the original Bill that was passed in 2013. As we go on recess, of course, I want to also echo the sentiments expressed here that we should take this opportunity to interact and do a few activities together. I want to thank the Leader of Majority Party for his very kind compliments and welcome him to Budalang’i so that he can have an opportunity to also experience that part of the country. I will be more than glad to visit Garissa Town and other parts of the country. While we will be away, we will not have the opportunity to sit in this Chamber on a weekly basis, grapple with the greatest challenge that remains on our national horizon today, the challenge of insecurity.
