The clarification that I am seeking is this: Can the Chair tell us whether the Settlement Fund Trustees (SFT) which is supposed to be purchasing land has been devolved to the county? This is because what he has said is that data has to be collected by the county governments. Is it the county government to purchase land or is it the national Government?"
