    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to thank hon. Chris Wamalwa for moving this important amendment. I come from a county that consumes huge amounts of fertilizer. I come from the sugar belt where fertilizer is consumed in large quantities and we have seen the commodity now losing its value because of its poor distribution in our county, especially because of the various cartels that are operating in the country, and in the agricultural commodities sector."
