Wamunyinyi at some point, that the board for approving courses cannot be the same board for administering examinations as is envisaged under Clause 6(a) of the Bill. Perhaps that role will be left to the institute which has been created under Clause 17. It is good to have a board that regulates and approves courses; but let us not overburden it in terms of the role and work that it will do."
