    "content": "Clause 9 of the Bill says that there is to be a board that is registered which will be in charge of appointing the registrar. In my opinion, that should be left to the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Health. The board will vet and decide whether they agree with it or not as opposed to creating an all-powerful board that will be causing confusion in that noble profession."
