    "content": "If somebody has a mental illness and he requires a counselor, even their family will go out of its way to pay any amount of money to bring that person back to normality. Some will even consult witchdoctors so that they can rehabilitate their loved ones. Once somebody wants to exploit that situation, he will pretend to be a counselor at the end of the day. That person will take money or resources from the victim while the victim’s condition continues to deteriorate. So, proper training and qualified people are necessary. We should have institutions established and commissioned by the Government. Rehabilitation centres should have proper doctors, so that once a patient gets there they are sure to get value for their money or that he or she will be healed."
