    "content": "The other thing I can see provided for is the role of trustees. I agree with my brother, hon. Oyugi, that the board will be completely overwhelmed as it is given so many roles. I want to suggest also that the Chief Executive of the board be given ten years. We should take into account the issue of youth representation and employment, we need to reduce the period to five years."
