    "content": "Therefore, this Bill comes at a time when we need to support people who are going through these kinds of experiences. In developing and developed countries, there are trauma centers that look after people who are going through hard times. Therefore, it is a Bill that is coming at the right time and I support it, because it is going to save many lives. If lives are not saved at this time, many people will commit suicide. We read last year that a young girl committed suicide because she did not pass her Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination. She needed counseling. Therefore, counseling must be professionalized; we need people to look after those who are going through hard times."
