    "content": "I would also like to note that it is very sad that as we discuss this important Bill for our nation, not a single Member of the Jubilee Coalition is in this House. That means that their priority is how they will push through Anglo Leasing Bills, yet poor people who suffer mental health issues--- Jubilee people are not here to represent and work for them. They are more concerned about how they will use the tyranny of numbers this afternoon to make sure that unknown people are paid a lot of money. We know for sure that Anglo Leasing has already been paid Kshs5.4 billion by the Kibaki administration and Kshs1.4 billion is about to be thrown their way too, and more will follow. I am really sad; I know this will cause a lot of mental stress in this country, but I am glad that we have a Bill that will give us psychotherapists and psychologists to deal with that as we grieve the plundering of our country by the Jubilee Administration. It is a shame!"
