Temporary Deputy Speaker, in moving this Bill, I want to say that I must have woken up on the right side, and I must have been led by God because this Bill synchronizes very well with the Bill that we have just dealt with. We have just dealt with a Bill on counselors, psychologists and psychotherapists. I am talking on the issue of victimization. Before I brought this Bill, I had appeared before several committees. I had appeared before the Committee on Budget and Appropriations and the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs."
