This Bill has nothing to do with domestic violence, sexual offences or women; it has to do with anyone and everyone who has been a victim of crime in this country. It has to do with the victims of the Westgate Mall attack. It has to do with the hon. Member who was harmed, the hon. Member for Kamukunji Constituency, in a terrorist attack. It has to do with every member of the public who has been a victim of muggings, thuggery, carjacking et cetera . If you have been a victim of any crime, this Bill has to do with you."
