    "content": "If you look at the long title of this Bill, it provides that it is for an Act of Parliament to give effect to Article 59 of the Constitution; to provide for the protection of victims of crime and abuse of power and provide them with better information and support services. It is to provide for reparation and compensation to victims, and to provide special protection to vulnerable victims and for connected purposes."
