    "content": "On a point of order, hon. Deputy Speaker. In fact, I am really disappointed by the Statement being given by the Chairman. He says that this is an issue of serious national security concerns, yet he still goes ahead to say that his Committee does not have enough money to go to that site, which is in the Republic of Kenya. Hon. Duba might provide some of his CDF money, so that that Committee visits that area. Is he in order to say that his Committee lacks enough funds to address an issue of national security?"
