    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, I rise to oppose the amendment because, for a brilliant young man or young woman, five years is good enough to gain enough experience to be able to hold any other position. Ten years is too long. We are making it look impossible for somebody at 40 years to get this job. The amendment is discriminatory against young people. We are seeing young people doing so well. I can give an example of the current Chairman of the Independent Interim Electoral Commission (IIEC), who is doing very well. He is young and able. Therefore, I strongly opposed this amendment."
