Procedurally, I thought that we referred two Bills to the Committee of the whole House and I thought we should go by the order in which the two Bills were transacted, so that we finish with the Value Added Tax (Amendment) Bill and then we go to the Public Procurement and Disposal (Amendment) Bill. The Chairman should have started with the Value Added Tax (Amendment) Bill, in my view. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
