    "content": "I beg to move that:- (i) The second Subclause 7 of the Bill be deleted. (ii) Subclause 8 of the Bill be deleted. The amendment we are seeking on that provision talks about the terms upon which the Secretary to the Commission may be removed from office due to inability to perform his functions of office arising from physical incapacity, gross misconduct, bankruptcy, incompetence and so on. Sub-clause 8 talks about the conditions to be followed before removal and Sub-clause 7 talks about the Secretary being informed in writing of the reasons for removal and so on."
