    "content": "So, companies owned by these people are the ones being approved because they belong to that category but the moment you open it up and say only 70 per cent should be youth and any other person can join, then you are saying that you can have anybody giving money to these young people to go and look for tenders, finance them and have business. The youth will not benefit, especially the youth in the rural areas."
