    "content": " Mr. Chairman, Sir, it is always dangerous when you propose a clause in a Bill with a particular individual or person in mind. It is also important that we be consistent. We have other commissions. I will not oppose this amendment; I will let it be carried. However, it is also important for this House to know that right now we are frightened of what happened three years ago. That is why we are taking this Commission to be more important than other commissions. We forget that we also have other very important commissions like the Revenue Allocation Commission. I hope that when we come to other commissions, we shall also be consistent as we are in this Bill. I support."
