    "content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I am also supporting. You know there was that feature on television yesterday and I believe that is really influencing all of us. We watched what is happening in South Sudan. Hon. Speaker, a stable South Sudan will present a lot of opportunities to this country including availability of job opportunities for Kenyans. They are currently lacking teachers and you know I was a teacher. We have many teachers in this country who have been trained but they are lacking employment. This is because Parliament votes very little money for the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and TSC. We will create job opportunities in South Sudan if we contribute to peace keeping missions in that country. Therefore, I fully support this Motion. I do not know what is wrong with us as Africans that we always resort to violence, butcher each other and kill each other when we can rarely hear of other countries fighting the way we do. I wish we established a force for the African Union so that it can deal with such a situation. With those few remarks, I support this Motion."
