Temporary Deputy Speaker, what I am saying is that if these amendments do not see the light of the day in terms of being approved by this House, then we are saying our approved Budget will automatically register a deficit of Kshs130 billion. We will then have either to think of another alternative source of that money or reduce the budget on some of the programmes which had been budgeted for.
