    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, even as I talk of these amendments and as I support them, I think, as a country, we need to be a bit more serious than we are. We actually approved this Budget last year. We have only two months to the end of the financial year and these amendments have been brought to this House to be approved. As I give this contribution, I am asking myself: If we approve these amendments next week, how much more time will we have to get this bond through, get the money and implement the projects?"
