    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, what I am saying is that we will keep on pointing out these things; it is the work of the Jubilee Government to make sure that we get the timings right. I think in terms of timing, we are getting it wrong. Even if we approve these amendments, we are not likely to be in good time to get this money to come to this country; this is why we would want to propose that in future if there will be need to amend this Act, then it will be very important that we get the timing right. This is because we, as the Budget and Appropriations Committee, are even thinking of amending more of this Act because there are other areas which require to be amended as the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade has said. However, we said because of this particular bond, let us restrict the amendments to the particular areas, so that we get the money into this country; but I doubt whether we will be able to achieve that."
