    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I oppose this amendment because if we allow this to happen, then it will be reciprocal in that the collections by this body would also have to go back to the Treasury. So, I oppose this. Otherwise, it will be set a very bad precedent for the rest of the institutions that we are planning to put in place."
