Kioni wants to achieve by making sure that all the money received, at least, is accounted for through the Treasury, if we put it as proposed, it could also be misused in that they cannot receive anything except from the Treasury. So, there is a misinterpretation issue. To the extent that the Bill is also obligating them that they must account for all the money received and pay and publish that in two newspapers, then whatever they receive will have to be public knowledge at the end of the financial year. So, I urge that perhaps he could withdraw it knowing that it is already captured elsewhere within the reporting mechanisms."
