Temporary Deputy Chairman, it reads:- “The Clerk of the Senate shall be the Secretary to the Commission.” However, if you go to the finance chapter, it is very clear that the Chief Registrar of the Judiciary is the Accounting Officer and it is provided in the Constitution. The same is also provided, that the Clerk of the Senate is the Accounting Officer. So, this is unconstitutional. You cannot do that."
