Members, therefore, should always, when they have issues, especially in the light of what you have said, do it early enough, so that the Mover can organize themselves. In all fairness, hon. Chair, the Members have the report. You should highlight the issues. If you do that, there will be no issue about what hon. Okoth is raising. You really do not need to go through the entire report. I believe the Members who are particularly interested have already gone through the report. They have it. I realize it is about 36 pages long and, really, it will take a long time and, probably, half way through the Members will start losing interest. So, just highlight a few points and Members can speak to it."
