    "content": "proposes that the title of the Bill be amended to read as follows: “The East African Community (Civic Education) Bill, 2014”. We have annexed the various statutes, or the Bills, that were sent to us by the East African Legislative Assembly. We have also annexed copies of the documents that we received from the various institutions and the minutes of the Committee that show that this was a unanimous decision, and the report was approved by the Committee as tabled in the House. With that, I request a Member of the Committee, hon. Ouma Ochieng’, to second this Motion."
