This House should not be a conveyor belt of the EALA, on which we have Members and our President is the Chair of the EAC. When a Bill from EAC comes to a committee of this House, in my opinion, the first thing is that the committee should see whether that Bill, as passed by that Assembly contradicts, or is inconsistent, with our law. I am sure that the same thing we are doing today is going to be done by the National Assemblies of Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda. Then what next?
