    "content": "Mr. Chairman, Sir, I just want to remind our colleague that currently we have a Committee on Delegated Legislation. If anybody makes delegated legislation that we do not like, we can upset it. So, there is no need for it to come here, but because it will be published and we have notice of it, if it contravenes any of the laws or it is not good for public policy, we would be able to intervene because Parliament has power. So, I urge Eng. Gumbo to reconsider that amendment. I oppose."
