    "content": "On a point of order, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I, for sure, did vote, having been in the Tenth Parliament with hon. Duale. There is a fundamental issue that I raised. I mentioned that there is a mechanism through which our national Parliament can inform the East African Legislative Assembly. The Leader of the Majority Party is insinuating that there is no such mechanism. That is why he is calling people names and asking them to listen to him. It is not necessary for him to do so. It is out of order."
