    "content": "On the East African Community Cooperative Societies Bill, we are aware that every country in the EAC operates at different levels of economic development. They have different ways of managing the co-operative affairs and they have different ways of forming their co-operative units and managing them. To remove these disparities in the region, this Bill comes handy to make sure that the region adopts uniform policy and regulations within which the co-operative affairs are managed."
