Temporary Deputy Speaker, when this comes before us, I start reflecting on the dysfunctional defunct East African Community (EAC) institutions like East African Airways (EAA) and others. We have, especially in my constituency, people who worked for those institutions and they have unfinished business. They have not been paid their dues and through this, I see an opportunity for them to reflect on this and, maybe, make claims of their unpaid dues."
