    "content": "So, I support this Motion but hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would not have supported this Motion if it were about a political federation. That is because, as you know, Tanzania is a social democracy, Kenya is a presidential democracy and Uganda is something between a military dictatorship and a military democracy. I do not know what to call it. I think for political federations, we need time to co-gel as a people and to be confident that we can move together."
