    "content": "I would like to just point out some issues which have been raised by hon. Members on the Bills. Hon. Members will notice that the Bill on Education, in particular, seeks to deliberately deal with civic education. We have proposed an amendment to the Bill, so that the unit bit reads “civic education unit”. What this Bill seeks to do is only dealing with issues of integration, and not on issues of education generally. There was fear that we have not recommended the development of any curriculum. The Bill talks about development of curriculum for civic education by the relevant institutions within the partner states."
