Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to seek your guidance because the matter that is under discussion, which is this Motion that is very important on bilateral treaties, brings to mind the notion that our President came here recently and gave three reports to Parliament; the State of the Nation, National Security Report and the Status of our International Obligations. We only had one chance to discuss the State of the Nation Address in general, but we did not have a chance yet to discuss the two other reports. I note that the Senate has already had a chance to discuss those reports. So, I was just seeking your guidance because of the issues at hand. Where are we and when will the House discuss those two other reports?"
