    "content": "Like it has been said before, the importance of the bilateral agreement is to give permission to airlines or other operators operating into different countries, especially over-flights--- If you are flying from one place to the other, other than going round an airspace, you can overfly directly thus reducing costs. Otherwise, if you do not have that, you will be deemed to have infringed the airspace of that country and it could be a security threat."
