    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, in other countries where we fly to, most of them have installed the latest technology and equipment. Of course, that leads to saving lives especially in bad weather. That is because the aircrafts are able to land even in very bad weather. But in Kenya, we still have the old type of equipment that can only bring you down to about 200 feet. That forces the aircrafts to divert to other airfields in case of bad weather. We request the Government to start putting in more money so that we can improve our airfields to the highest levels of standards that are in other countries. That will improve our operations for even our neighbours and other operators who want to come into this country."
