    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think what Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale is doing is just to note the spirit with which we are working. We need to note that we arrived here as a result of a legal process. We had to go for an interpretation at the Supreme Court. We did that because of our love for constitutionalism. But it must be noted that there are still challenges ahead of us. This will be for another day because there are Bills which are still being signed that have never gone through the constitutional process. Therefore, when we retreat, in our usual manner, the way you lead us with a lot of wisdom, in that very important forum that we will have, you have always cautioned us that for comity of the two Houses, there are certain things we should not say in this forum. When we retreat, we will see how that relationship will be worked on to ensure that all the Bills go through the normal process that is required."
