    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for Sen. Musila, the Chairman of the famous Wiper Party, to mislead the House by selectively reading Standing Order No.88? The Standing Order says:- “It shall be out of order to anticipate the debate of a Bill which has been published as such in the Gazettee by discussion upon a substantive Motion or an amendment, or by raising the subject matter of the Bill upon a Motion for the adjournment of the Senate.” We have just given notice of the Motion now. Between the time that the notice was given and now, I have not heard any Senator who has discussed anything about the same matter. That is totally misleading."
