Obure, while legitimate should have come before I made the ruling. I gave all the Senators an opportunity to raise their points of orders. So, we cannot entertain this notion of challenging the rulings of the Chair. So, we are stopping at that and we proceed. Order, everybody! That thing is out of order, we proceed."
